How does it work?
Browse available items, send requests, chat with owners, and arrange pickup. Payments are processed securely and are released once the transaction is successfully completed.

Is the platform safe to use?
Yes. We use verified accounts and secure payment systems to help ensure a safe and reliable experience for all users. Identity verification and payments are securely handled by Stripe, a globally renowned and trusted provider.
Pricing & Fees
How much does it cost?
Owners set their own prices and bond amounts. A 20% service fee applies to the lender.
Who set and receives the bond amount?
The lender sets and receives the bond amount. It is returned to the borrower once the item is returned in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup.
Payments
How do payments work?
Renters pay upfront. Funds are released a few days after a successful rental.
Damage
What if an item is damaged?
We encourage both parties to document the condition of the item before and after use. In the event of damage, both parties should work together respectfully to resolve the issue. We are also available to assist in facilitating a fair and reasonable outcome.
