Users are encouraged to accurately document the condition of items before and after each rental. In the event of a dispute, all parties should communicate respectfully and work toward a fair and professional resolution. Our platform is available to support and facilitate an impartial dispute resolution process when required.

All platform content is owned by List & Hire. User content grants a licence for platform use.

Your data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

12. Account Termination

Accounts may be suspended for violations.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from the use of the platform, users agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith discussions and the platform’s internal dispute resolution process. Users are expected to engage in respectful, timely, and professional communication when addressing disputes.

Where a resolution cannot be reached internally, the platform reserves the right to facilitate mediation or recommend alternative dispute resolution mechanisms where appropriate. Users agree to cooperate fully with any reasonable requests made during the resolution process.

The platform’s decision in facilitating dispute resolution does not constitute a legal judgment, and users retain the right to pursue available legal remedies where necessary, subject to applicable laws and jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. Any updates will be effective upon posting on the platform, unless otherwise stated.
